Interview process was really disappointing. I was invited to interview for a role with 2 of the marketing team members who had not received my CV prior to the interview and asked me to send it to them again. I was then told that I would find out next steps within 2-3 working days and I never received any information at all. I contacted HR 3 times and received nothing. To not receive any closure on an application process after so much preparation and work to get to the interview stage is really disheartening.
