Repeatedly contacted me last minute, even after 7pm on Friday or on Sunday to schedule follow up interviews first thing the next morning. They had me pass 3 interviews then didn't have the courtesy to follow up. Interviews used 52 mins of the hour and there was no time for me to ask questions. Normally, I ask to speak to employees and also pose interview type questions for management but didn't have the opportunity. Seems like an old fashioned mentality that they're the only ones doing the evaluating. In the 3rd interview, they asked yes/no questions, and some "describe a time" questions. In one case the question was SO basic I was really unsure what they wanted and they interrupted me like 30 seconds in, before I had a chance to answer the question. Overall seemed very employer focused. Like, I wasn't even an employee yet and they were already showing me I didn't matter to them. I had looked the company up on Glassdoor and saw really bad things about culture, but continued for practice. The process was exactly what I would have expected based on the reviews here
