Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager Interview

      Aug 18, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (London, England) in Jul 2025

      Interview

The panel (three people) were warm and engaged. Was given advance notice of questions with some more asked on the day. However, I was disappointed to learn via email that recruitment for the role had been cancelled three weeks after the interview, with no updates in the meantime. The experience hasn’t put me off WWF as an organisation, but I’d advise applicants to be aware that internal changes may affect recruitment timelines and outcomes. It’s disheartening to put effort into an application and interview and wait so long only to be told that the job’s been pulled with no explanation.
