Before interviewing, I had to complete a form with my project experience, including the studies I had been LCRA in previously, the number of sites and CRAs. I then proceeded to the interview portion. Although it said it was going to be a video interview, it was only video for 5 min for the interviewer to review my license (which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand) and then video was turned off. I was told at the end of the interview that I would hear back either way by the end of the week. I was under the impression that I would hear back from the interviewer but instead I received a form letter that they decided to move forward with candidates who are more closely aligned to their current needs.
After spending time researching the company and position, preparing for the interview and interviewing, it’s unfair to candidates to reject via a form letter. They deserve an explanation with integrity.
