Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte durch einen Recruiter, dann folgten 2 Telefoninterviews innerhalb von 2 Wochen. Alle Gespräche waren sehr professionell und fachlich angelegt. Es zähle nur das berufliche Wissen, nicht meine privaten Hobbys oder ähnliches. Hier zählte Erfahung, Wissen und Leidenschaft für den Job.
Absolut klarer Recruitierungsprozess. Selten hatte ich solch gute Gespräche mit einem guten gefühl von Anfang bis Ende.

Standard interview questions and few medical and oncology oriented; was asked about prior experience and reasons why I wish to change jobs; I interviewed with the a medical director and clinical operations manager; some questions about strengths and weaknesses.
2phone interviews and one face to face interview. HR introduced about the company and ask basics question such as working experience, current status. And confirm your availability for next phone interview and face to face interview if possible.
