I was “ghosted” by the recruiter after scheduling an interview to discuss. I emailed him to ask if he would like to reschedule since he was no show and I was not provided a response. I found this quite rude and should not be the norm.
Applied and recruiter reached out to me the next day to set up a call. He called me and phone screen went fine, he took my availability for an interview, but never heard back. I emailed him and called him after a week to follow up, but was completely ghosted.
