Applied online and received an email from a recruiter saying that he wanted to conduct a phone screen with me and asked for my availability. I gave him my availability and he never responded back. A year later I get contacted by another recruiter from Worldwide Clinical Trials. I was told that he liked my background and felt I would be a good fit for a CTA role with the organization. He wanted to schedule a time to speak with me and do a phone screen. After replying to his message I got no response. Complete unprofessionalism by this organization. If this is the way you treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their employees!
