The overall process went quickly. I was contacted by a recruiter on linked. I had phone screening the same day and received an invitation for an interview the following week. The interview was standard asking a lot of situational questions. Then the second portion of the interview reminded me of a practical exam in college. I interviewed for oncology CRA.

I had 2 skype interviews with two of the managers of the company. They asked me questions about my background and experience as a field CRA. The interview lasted about 1 hour, and they had me answer scenario based questions.
