Worldwide Clinical Trials interview questions

It was a positive experience from my initial discussion with my recruiter through to the virtual interview. I felt like the interviewers took the time to get to know me and my experience instead of throwing questions my way for an hour.

In first place screening call was postponed 4 (sic!) times due to recruiter's personal/health reasons. After my follow up we scheduled a meeting again. Went smoothly, I asked if the position is remote because it was unclear. Yes. First zoom interview was scheduled shortly after that. Was good, I received a positive feedback right away. During interview I was told that the job os hibrid (not fully remote) so I asked for the company address (within 1 hour drive which is ok for Mexico City). I also mentioned that I am asking if the position is remote because I have 2 weeks travel planned in the end of January so I wanted to know if I can work out of the city. I wanted to be transparent at this point. Not problem at all for them. I was scheduled for second zoom interview with hiring manager. Standard questions, good feedback right away. I asked questions related to job position, company culture and also about learning opportunities. We spoke around my certification and university career- everything was ok for them. After this second interview which took more than 1 hour I was ghosted. After 1 week I wrote to my recruiter- no response. I wrote again asking for response since I wanted to know if we are moving forward. This is the email I received: "most of the questions you had were around benefits and flexibility of your situation as opposed to the role" Dear recruitment team: There is nothing wrong in be transparent and make a questions regarding flexibility, company address, learning opportunities or letting know about your travel plans so everyone can be on the same page. I am happy that it happened now. And yes, I will always ask for benefits and learning opportunities as well as you are asking for my experience and preparation. There is nothing wrong to do so.
