I applied online. I interviewed at Worthington Enterprises (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was fair, but I did not find it enjoyable. I interviewed with 2 individuals back to back. The first individual was unable to access her camera, late, and unfamiliar with basic finance terms, even though she works in the department. The second individual was the manager of the team for this intern role, and he did not seem happy to meet me. There was no greeting or fun conversation, and it felt like an interrogation rather than an interview. Logistically speaking, the interview process and questions were very standard, but I wish the interviewers were more knowledgeable, prepared, and enthusiastic about employing a passionate intern.
