The interview process took just over four weeks from initial contact to offer, and involved the following: *Completing a 5-minute Predictive Index assessment after application. *A first-round phone interview with the VP of Recruiting. *Completing a Business Case Study showcasing strategic and critical thinking capabilities. *A second-round, more in-depth video interview with the VP of Recruiting. *A third round, Peer-to-Peer Conversation/Interview with the current Regional Recruiting Managers. *A final check in phone conversation with the VP of Recruiting. *Offer extended!
