I applied on line, and was initially interview on the telephone by 2-3 members of the search committee. I was then Interviewed by search committee, and had a meeting with the other faculty and staff and then gave an open presentation of my research to anyone interested, but attended mostly by the search committee. I was interviewed 1-1 with the chair of the department and by the Dean of the College. I also gave a presentation to a class of students. Their input was sought in a paper format.
