I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2018
Interview
2 phone interviews (HR and line manager) and 3 in-person interviews (scheduled together in one morning).
Overall a very positive experience as I felt they tried to move things along as quickly as they could and were very responsive to any questions I had during the process.

A standard call with a technical sourcer. I appreciate how well structured the intw was, and the fact that I could book a slot via Calendly. We went through my experience, major accomplishments and my current expectations.

Interview
Company that overrates itself, it might be attractive only to people who never worked outside Russia/Easter Europe.
After an initial screening with HR you get cognitive ability test that you need to complete in limited amount of time. Test is not that difficult, but you need to know how it works/train a bit. However it is super inefficient way to hire anybody. For me a company that uses such tests a prerequisite to start interview rounds is definitely a company where I would not want to work.
Out of curiosity I completed the rounds of interviews. They were quite basic and straightforward. On the offer stage HR rep behaves as if they do a huge favor to you and start hinting that you should feel privileged to get there. Their tone changes significantly when they think they got you. Maybe it was English problem in HR rep, but their mails sounded very borderline polite (if you got such emails from a person in UK/US you would say they were rude). Thank you for the "generous" and "exclusive" offer, but guys be realistic about where are you on the market and the salaries that you offer. You are not Google, so don't pretend to be it.
