There was a serie of video calls with HR, the potential Line Manager and a potential senior colleague.
First call - general description, expectations.
Second call - more detailed about the position and daily tasks, more detailed about the candidate's character and way of working.
Third call - the candidate has time (couple of days) to understand the product and then gives a demo to the company employees pretending to be the customers
Fourth call - final evaluation, giving feedback (both sides!) and potential job offer.
