I quite enjoyed the process and found it quite seamless. I heard back on each round within 1-3 days, interviews were scheduled quickly, and they gave tailored feedback in the end of why other candidates were stronger in the interviews. Process was 4+1 rounds: 1) recruiter, 2) hiring manager, 3) panel/superday (4 interviews spread over a few days), 4) presentation + 1) short meeting with the CEO though I'm not sure this is still being done. Relative to other companies in AI and specifically in financial services, the culture of the company is very human and thoughtful. People I met were nice and clearly very switched on. While I labeled the interview "average" difficulty because the questions themselves were not that far off from other companies, it's clear that you need to understand the company well and weave that into your responses, Writer is doing well right now, and it's a very competitive interview process. I asked for a short call with the recruiter at the end. Overall I found the assessment very fair, and he gave me some concrete feedback that I could use right away for other interview processes which I really appreciated
