Interview
Interview process was straightforward with 4 rounds and a final interview. As an experienced individual I was able to get to the final round but throughout the course of the long, drawn out 3 month process, priorities kept changing on the timelines, the role description changed, as did the scope of work and who I would report to varied. The company is clearly disorganized in the process to hire and if it's any indication of the actual job, I'd expect if you were accepted into any role at this organization your goals would change and the goal post would move constantly.

I had my first interview in early January, but the business need at that time was for someone in the Midwest (I'm on the East Coast). Two months later the recruiter reached back out. I proceeded to meet with 5 people, presented to 2 and had a final round with the CEO. Though the process was lengthy, it was more conversational than any I've experienced, and I felt that the team was genuinely interested in getting to know me. Sure, there was the occasional "Tell me about a time..." but more often than not the 30 minutes (that typically ran over) was very fluid/unprompted.
