So I knew going in to this interview that this wasn't going to go well because a previous commenter explained they pick your brain and may use it. I went in with an open mind. It was clear that when I was told I had an interesting background and learning they focus on content for companies that something didn't feel right. The job isn't really explained on their website, but it's pure sales and data sorting. Totally fine, but within a few mins I realized the person interviewing me actually has no skill in interviewing! The questions asked were valid, but better off for a test. The biggest issue is that it seemed like I was getting picked for answers so they could be used as well. I should have answered them accordingly, but I was okay with not working there. The interviewer also couldn't answer not one question about the culture or anything which is a red flag. Then hang up before I could say bye. Honestly, this was a comedy! If you want to work here, maybe don't and wait until this place is fully formed and functional.
