Met with several people from leadership. Company is extremely disorganized, recruiting team is very inexperienced. Very poor communication from multiple people, and poor structure to both interviews and the actual interview formats. It felt like they forced need to meet people for the sake of meeting people, with nobody in leadership really knowing what they want but trying to make a company scale for the purpose of scale.
