Writer's interview process was top notch and white glove. Their TA leader, Miles, was an incredibly thoughtful partner every step of the way. He prepped me for interviews, led a remarkably insightful TA screening conversation, and was happily available for feedback when the offer didn't work out. The process included a TA screen, Hiring manager interview, Panel interviews (5 leaders across sales and cross-functional orgs), Case Study (leading a mock training on a Writer topic), and culminating in a CEO interview. The case study was quite technical and challenging, but gave great insight into the subject matter (table stakes) that the enablement leader would be owning. Overall, I was left deeply impressed and inspired by every person that was part of the process.
