The interview process for Writer was exceptional - especially given the size of the company. Miles, the Talent Acquisition leader for this, was a remarkable partner throughout the entire process. During the initial call, he prepared me for the interview, led a very insightful TA screening conversation, and was proactive with feedback when the offer didn't work out due to the timing of an Enablement leadership hire. The interview process consisted of a screen, a hiring manager interview, and an interview with a sales leader. Miles and everyone who participated in the interview process thoroughly impressed and inspired me.
