Interview
I have been contacted by HR on LinkedIn, after the first interview where the recruiter told me they should have come back in few days, I didn't hear anything back. I did send an email asking for a feedback, they never reply back, just ghosted me. Very poor experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Writer (New York, NY) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process involved about seven 30-minute interviews. It felt a bit long, but it was much better than doing a full day onsite. In the end it was very worth it because it allowed me to get to know so many of my future coworkers.
I was surprisingly impressed by the interview skills of each person. They asked thoughtful and unique questions throughout which made me actually enjoy the interview process. I left each interview saying "that was fun!" which has never happened to me before.
