Interview
I just graduated. They approached me on Linked-in and asked me to apply to them. Sent in my CV to a HR rep and it took a great amount of time before another HR rep sent me another whatsapp message with the same questions of what roles I am interested in applying. Silence for an entire month and I decided to drop the HR another message for an update. They took two weeks before getting back with an answer - My CV was still under review. It has been three months since and still no answer. If you have requested for a candidate to apply to your company, at least have the decency to update if you are rejecting them and do not waste their time.
