Professional interview process - I spoke with a few members of the engineering team and then had one chat with a senior manager. I got an offer shortly thereafter with a competitive salary. While I chose to go with another company, I have no complaints on X-Energy’s interview process.

I applied online. From application to interview took over a month. I didn't do too well in the interview and was ghosted afterward. One interviewer was more or less on my side and the other wasn't.
