In three interviews with X-Energy, I discussed my qualifications for the position. The initial 30-minute interview with their recruiter verified job details, salary expectations, and technical specifications. The second 1-hour interview with peers explored my career trajectory and how my technical expertise aligns with X-Energy’s needs. The final 1-hour interview with the Area Director focused on my engineering experience and potential scenarios involving X-Energy’s needs. Despite challenges, the interview process was clear and efficient, from application to job offer. Everyone I spoke with was cordial, professional, and smart.
