Applied for one job but ultimately interviewed for another by someone who just didn't show up mentally. Waited a week to be told thanks but no thanks but let us know if you'd like to apply for a similar role. The interviewing "manager' (2d interviewer) lacked depth, engagement and failed to ask pertinent questions essential to the role to which I applied. On the day before the 3-day holiday her tone of voice, general demeanor and lack of thought into her questions betrayed the fact that she just didn't want to be talking to me at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday.
