Don’t even waste your time interviewing at this company unless you enjoy a toxic and unprofessional workplace. They required a presentation for the first round with only a two-day notice. During the session, they asked a series of irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the responsibilities listed in the JD. It was clear they lacked the necessary knowledge or experience to properly assess a candidate's skills and fit. Most importantly, be cautious when discussing salary expectations. Despite providing a reasonable range based on market research, my years of experience (YOE), and location, they became visibly hostile. The interview quickly devolved into a "career advice" session aimed at gaslighting me into believing I was unskilled, clearly attempting to justify a lower salary and pivot me into a low-paying track.
