It was a terrible experience led by people who don't know how to qualify talent. With more than 25 years of experience in software, I applied for a job with them for which I'm well qualified. I was excited to hear back quickly from them. They wanted to do an initial call within a week. Great! I had a ten minute call with a non-technical screener. We just talked about my past, a couple experiences, etc. Nothing significant (how could there be in ten minutes?). I was asked for my salary requirement, and I picked a number within the posted range, not near the top. I was then told we'd schedule the next round of interviews soon, and I should look forward to that. Great. The next email I got was a, "Thanks, but no thanks," rejection. Huh? Ten minutes with a screener and that's me done? I think I may have dodged a bullet not being hired by these people, if this is the way they operate.
