The first round of introduction interview was with an outsourced HR person from India. The second round of interview was with the potential manager. Discussion with the potential manager was very pleasant, and it concentrated mostly on my background, questions concerning situational behavior and technical experience. I had the interview in English, but there was a constant reminder that the job is done in German only, and that a high level of proficiency in German language is required. There were no technical questions. After the interview I was told that someone will get in touch with me during next week but that never happened. Nobody ever contacted me again.
