A five minute phone interview, long enough for XLA to determine a person was alive, could talk over a phone in English and confirm their name. No skills test and I really got the feeling the recruiter could care less if the individual was at all qualified. Was told the contract was a year long, only to later learn it was a six month deal.

We understand that it is upsetting when contracts come to an end. However, the agency did not receive funding from the federal government, which is out of XLA's control. This agency has lost some very talented individuals that were making a huge difference in the world and XLA is grateful for your service.
