I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at XLA in Jan 2022
Interview
Was approached by an agent online, talked to the hiring manager over the phone, and scheduled a video interview with a senior hiring manager. The conversation went over time and lasted about 40 minutes. The interviewer was laid back, the chat was overall relaxing. Learned about the position, what they plan to do with the new team and new office etc.

All the staff is friendly and willing to help. I felt comfortable after the PowerPoint presentation. It answered a lot of my questions.
