XLA interview questions

Had a previous contact with XLA and applied for another position with them. Received a phone call from the recruiter, and spoke with the recruiter's manager. Had an interview with the company I would work for (Accenture Federal Services).

Applied for the job via Monster. No phone screen - I was contacted via email and asked to come onsite. They asked me to fill out 3 online applications beforehand. One was for a security check, one for EEO, the other their internal application. Interview was with two individuals, one of whom runs the contract and the other a technical lead on the project. Interview lasted one hour and was friendly and informal. No difficult technical questions. Received an offer later in the afternoon via email after the interview. Their HR person pressed for a quick answer the next day.
