I have only had my phone screen, but I wanted to name how interesting of an experience it was. The phone screener wasn't an HR professional but instead a consultant familiar with the products and services at XPRIZE. It offered a very informal, relaxed discussion about the business and its goals, my experience, and my goals, and we discussed the skillset overlap throughout. It was refreshing not to have to code-switch as a professional in technology.
