Xactly starts off with applicants taking a personality and cognitive exam. I apparently didn't pass the cognitive exam at the level they require. However, the recruiter failed to comprehensively review my experience and past performance which included managing multi-million dollar partnerships involving steep negotiation, crisis management and large scale projects. They have the right to be choosy about who they bring on, but I imagine they're missing out on bringing in top talent based off their poor up-front weeding process and lack of thorough review of identified candidates.
