I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
I've had the most positive recruitment experience with Xactly. The whole process was unbelievably super-quick at all stages.
My recruiter - Noah Kaufman was very responsive and energetic. I had multiple rounds of interviews with different people at Xactly and Noah would call and tell me the outcome within 10 minutes of the interview, including the final round.
From a job seeker's perspective, I thought this was very helpful as it cuts down the post-interview anxiety.
After selection, Noah and the team sent a hand-written card from Denver to Toronto with a 'welcome to the team' note - which is something not a lot of companies do around the world!
Cheers to Noah and the team for an extremely positive recruitment experience!

First step is a technical/iq test. Once that is cleared, the next step is a call with the recruiter.
The recruiter prepared me for next steps with the hiring manager in terms of what questions to ask and so on, while saying a call with the hiring manager was next and I should look for an invite before the end of the week.
Then I got ghosted.
After you apply , there is an online assessment. The online assessment has two components cognitive assessment and personality assessment (eg. if A > B, B < C does C=A ) . After that I got a call from HR. General first round HR questions (eg. tell me about yourself). Overall it was good experience
