Telephone interview w/POS manager lasting about 1/2 hour. Very straight-forward. Nothing too difficult. Was conducted between winter and upcoming summer season. This was/has been a difficult position for the company to fill and keep filled. So, I think there was some emphasis on finding someone who would stick around for the entire season.
