I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Xanterra in Mar 2018
Interview
It was surprisingly easy, I applied online and less than a week later I was contacted by phone to see if I was still interested, and to set up a phone interview time. The interview was very easy, I was asked a little about my work history and if I had visited Yellowstone before, and what I remembered. I was offered a position and the rest of the time was just going over some basic information about living and working in the park, and my questions.
