HR will reach out and do the interview on Skype, they will ask about your mindset and your passion in hospitality. After that, they will tell about benefits and the environment workplace. For housekeeping duty, the manager and supervisor will teach you how to Clean guest’s room and give room services for their needs. Follow the instructions and have a service mind.

Very friendly phone conversation. About an hour long. Didn’t really feel like an interview. Was nervous beforehand, but the interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. Certainly not one of the hard job interviews I’ve ever had to do.

I applied online and was texted within a few days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was only about 3-4 days after scheduling it so it was a pretty fast timeline. They had pretty basic interview questions it took around 40 minutes. Every response I had was typed into computer and submitted to the company so there were some gaps of silence after answering questions. I was offered a job and had to pick out of one of a few locations still available and I was told I would receive an email within a few days that I would need to either deny or accept the job offer.
