Fill out an online app., get a phone call back for an interview. After that there were several follow up phone calls and online tasks to complete. Seeing as I have nothing to worry about in that sense, it was easy. Not very extensive or revealing. Evidently criminal backgrounds are not an issue for Xanterra as I have found numerous individuals with extensive criminal histories working here.....
