Interview
It was a phone interview. She didn't really ask many questions, mostly just explained the position and asked what questions I had. She knew that I had applied for multiple positions so she asked which was my preference. I was offered the position at the end of the call which only lasted about 15 minutes.

Interview
Called to set up an interview. Called and asked about previous work experience and why I would be a good fit for the job. Offered the job right after the interview. Interview took about 20 minutes. Super short and easy.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xanterra (Denver, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was contacted by an HR person at Xanterra for a 30-minute phone screen. She was pleasant enough but she could not give me any details about the commission plan - which I thought odd. The base pay is LOW ($13 hour) so I needed to know something about the commission plan to determine if this position would be viable. She said to ask about it during the in-person interview with "Andy". I took an on-line assessment. Next day I went in for the in-person interview. A woman named Tammy, not Andy, interviewed me for 45 minutes. She also could not provide detailed info about the commission plan. She said to ask Andy. I then was asked to sit with a call center rep to listen to their calls, for 25 minutes. Then I was led to Andy's office. That's when it became very bizarre and downright offensive: I was in Andy's office for no more than 90 seconds. I explained I was interested in learning about their commission plan. I glanced away and up at Andy's shelf at his desk. He asked, with alarm, "Are you OK?" I replied "OK? Why do you ask?" He then stood up and announced, "This interview is over". I was speechless. I asked, "Why is this interview over? I'm interested in hearing about the commission plan." He said, "I don't think you'd be a good fit." I was appalled and told him, "That's pretty rude and judgmental of you. I've been here with you less than two minutes." I walked out of his office, glad to be gone considering the level of professionalism at Xanterra. I've never been subjected to such degrading and offensive treatment at a job interview. Stay away from this company unless you are in need of abuse from rude, tyrannical and possibly mentally ill employees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
These two questions were asked by the first person, not the one who threw me out of his office: How many times where you late for work at your last job? How many days were you absent from work at your last job? These questions seemed geared towards inexperienced college kids, of which they hire (exploit?) many. Considering my experience and age I considered the questions peculiar.
