I applied online and was emailed a few days later to set up a phone interview the following week. Super short, chatted with a very nice woman in recruiting about why I wanted to work there, dorm-style living, etc- more of a conversation than back and forth questions. I was offered a position at the end of the call.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xanterra (Taipei) in Feb 2014
