I applied in-person. I interviewed at Xanterra (Modesto, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
The hiring process was just a mass interview. My"interview" was with thirty or so other applicants. About twenty of us were hired, including several friends of mine. The interview wasn't all too much to talk about. Just a basic test to make sure you aren't a looney, a test to make sure you can perform simple math, then a drug test. After all that's said and done, road trip.
