Interviewed long distance, via multiple phone interviews, from Chicago. First with an individual, ending with a conference call in which I was speaking to various managers. Once they decided they wished to hire me, the told me I would receive an email with a job offer to review and "e" sign. NOTE: It was very surprising to me (and should have been a warning sign) that they could hire someone, without them being physically 'sight unseen' by anyone in their HR department!
