The first phone interview and in person interview were fine. The next day I had an interview with the person who was currently in the role via zoom. The interviewer had their camera off the entire time and didn't really offer an explanation for that. Then after about a week, the company reposted the job. When I asked about it the recruiter tried to tell me that was standard practice. Then they reposted for a senior compensation analyst. At this point I was just annoyed, if you don't want to hire someone just reject them. Don't keep dragging out the interview process and lying to candidates. Also, don't have talent acquisition manager who doesn't communicate with candidates for weeks on end, that is how you lose candidates.
