Applied through their website. Then I got a phone call from HR asking me to do a phone interview. Questions are very typical. Describe yourself, how do you spend your leisure time. They also asked me a lot of questions according to my cover letter, such as how do you improve your communication skills, why did you choose your school, etc. I got the job offer 2 weeks after the interview.
