Third Phase: One on One Interview. Skill test.
Fourth Phase: Selection and further negotiation.
Fifth Phase: Salary Negotiation (offer you what you ask but reasonably)
Sixth Phase: Offer letter with details of salary and Company policies.
7th Phase: Induction
