A Teliphonic interview by onsite people, followed by face to face round and long waiting for HR to come back from some visit, discuss and decide even your feedback is good. So, I got a call from their HR that we are looking for this Dream Developer who can work with Scala and Spark. I said that, "I don't have hands-on on Spark, as I didn't get in any project which needs Spark, I can work with Scala Akka Akka-HTTP Kafka Jenkins etc, I'll learn and start working on Spark before you know.. And I'm very excited that your project has Spark." He said, "Okay, we also have openings for other projects which doesn't have Spark and use Spark, we'll decide where can we use your abilities at Xavient." I said okay let's do this. I got selected in both teliphonic and face to face rounds he said, and He'll just talk to the management and decide and let me know. I got NO calls, emails from him for one whole week and then I called him, "what's the status?", "Hey, sorry I was just out of stations, let me come back I'll let you know." He came back and He finally called "Hey, the managers says that we require a Spark guy, I mean Spark is neccessary" I mean seriouslyy? Why did you waste my time then? You must have know the requirement in advance? And he scheduled another teliphonic, I don't have any status till today what's their problem.
