The interview process was very efficient. The first interview was in-person, continued by an online test and a series of discussions over the phone and code pair programming interviews. I quickly realized that this was a company I wanted to work for. Since day one, I have been constantly impressed with the level of intelligence and ability of the Xcalar team. Furthermore, being in such close alignment with the founders' vision of the product and architecture has made my job even more rewarding.
