Phone screen and then an in-person interview at the head office. The interview process was very straight forward and rather pleasant. HR was flexible with scheduling and every step of the process was executed on time and as expected. During in-person interview, I was able to get a clear picture of the direction the company was headed in what was expected of me if I were to get the position, and what other had done in the past to be successful in that role.
