Three interviews which were difficult. They asked all kinds of questions including about my family and work limitations in terms of hours. I didn't like their expectations but frankly needed the job. They asked for referecnes but didn;t check any of them. I met two other employyes during the interviewing process who are no longer there since they conflcited with the ceo. he attends every meeting
