My interview was done over the phone. It lasted about 10 minutes and it was unstructured. Which I appreciated since it was my first civilian interview since transitioning from the military. My interviewer Carrie took the time to explain a little about company. He talked about his background with the company. At the end of our phone call I thanked Carrie for such a positive and professional interview.
